Fatal four-way match-ups are extremely difficult to compete in. The rules are simple. There are two legal men in the ring, with two men on the apron, who are able to tag in anybody at any given time. The first person to score a pin fall or submission is the winner. The match starts off with former tag team partners and brothers Lotus and Crazy J (known as the tag team The Irish Airborne). The brothers put on a wrestling clinic to start things off. A terrific balance of mat wrestling, counters & high-flying fast-paced action has the crowd in awe. Matt Mason, a longhaired loud-mouthed heel, tags in and squares off against Robbie Star. Mason gets the better of Star, and looks to have the match going his way up until he misses a huge front flip splash off the top rope. Mayhem breaks loose and all four competitors end up diving over the top rope onto each other! All the competitors make it back into the ring, and the match ends after a flurry of breathtaking finishing moves. A post-match assault by a team of rugged young heels reunite the Irish Airborne as a team, and a grudge match is set up for a future NewPro tape!
