AJ shows his power dominance right off the bat during this match. Cocky heel RPM realizes he¹s going to have to outsmart AJ, and pull a couple of (dirty) tricks out of his sleeve if he¹s going to have any chance of winning this match. AJ hits a huge suplex, and a very nice rolling splash over the ropes. AJ looks like he¹s about to finish this one early but an eye gouge stops him in his tracks. RPM tries to weaken AJ¹s powerful arms by attacking them with various holds. It works temporarily, but a spine tingling powerbomb quickly turns things around. The two continue to do battle until AJ climbs up to the top rope, and RPM hits a picture perfect leaping arm drag. Looks like AJ should keep his feet on the ground! AJ hits more high impact power moves, and RPM battles back with well placed quick moves including a slingshot DDT that would make Jake Roberts jealous! RPM switches gears and takes out the big mans legs. A strategy that works! Unable to use his power to his advantage now will AJ be able to fight off RPM¹s leg assault?
